Living rooms carry the same wire-brushed solid-oak flooring throughout, with proportions and window placement designed to make each room feel larger than its square footage.

Bathrooms are finished in Bianco Dolomiti marble, set by Nathan S. Tawil, with fixtures and hardware selected to match the building’s warmer, brass-forward palette.
